Great exoerience and super friendly people. Steve Ybarra is great to deal with! He checked out number of vehicles for me and gave me super service on all of my requests. BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a vehicle at Vernon Auto Group and was surprised at the way they treated me after I signed the papers. I was told it was required to put I purchased a vehicle at Vernon Auto Group and was surprised at the way they treated me after I signed the papers. I was told it was required to put a $500 deposit on the vehicle until after delivery then I would get the deposit back within the week. Well, it is going on 4 weeks now and I still haven’t received my deposit. The sales and finance people I dealt with during the negotiations stopped answering their phones. The only way I was able to talk to them was by calling the main number and asking for them by name when they picked up they double talked and over talked me or passed the buck when I wanted to know why I haven’t received my deposit. When I asked to speak to someone in charge they took my number and I never heard from them. The experience turned out to be frustrating and disappointing. This is something they defiantly need to work on. More

Ask for Derek when you Call I had been looking for a new SUV for my wife with little to no luck from salesmen. When I had told them that I was going to have to drive a few hours I had been looking for a new SUV for my wife with little to no luck from salesmen. When I had told them that I was going to have to drive a few hours to check out what they had for sale, they just blew me off. When I called Vernon Auto Group the nice lady who answered referred me to Derek. I told Derek I wanted to look at a vehicle that they had already sent to auction but he got it back for us and we drove it home. Derek was more than friendly and jumped through hoops to get us what we wanted. More
