I called service manager 3 times to discuss service performed on my vehicle Left message with receptionist and left voice mail , He never called me back. Service on vehicle was very slow, diagnostic performed on my vehicle Left message with receptionist and left voice mail , He never called me back. Service on vehicle was very slow, diagnostic of problem with vehicle was incorrect and solution recommended was very costly and not correct solution. I took my car from them and went to another Mercedes’ dealer and car was repaired in very short time for cost of $26.40 Never go here again, Poor service, poor communication, slow response, faulty diagnosis of problem. More

Had issues with service contract that I had purchased and was not made aware of until service was done. I was presented a bill when I was prior to handing the car in I was told that all the service was cove was not made aware of until service was done. I was presented a bill when I was prior to handing the car in I was told that all the service was covered. This is the second time that this happened! Manager however cleared up the confusion and took care of it. More

This dealership is unprofessional. They will argue with you on the phone instead of finding a solution to help you. I have made a complaint about them. As a African American woman this is how they treat me after I spent 72000 cash on a car from them. Casio is someone who works in service he is unprofessional & don’t understand his job. First time I come to get my breaks fixed with a appointment they made me wait 2 hours just to tell me they haven’t even start working on it. I have a african American who goes here for service he said they treat him like this also More
