The experience was so good that I would have to work with Brian on my next purchase. Management is great too Micheal was involved with my trade in and was fair. We enjoyed a chat after the sale too. He is a smart guy and you realize why he has done well at the dealership. We have worked with Carla too a couple of times. We even “stole” her car two days after she got it as a management vehicle when we bought another car last year (my wife liked the features on her car and it had no milage on it). The people at this dealership remember your name, and are always friendly after the sale. The salespeople and managers remember you and will say hello if you are in for service. The caliber of the employees is top notch. As someone who can afford a high end car, I am reasonably sophisticated. I would never go to a dealership where I was patronized or felt uncomfortable. Service is good too. Nick always has a smile and is diligent following up with you when your vehicle is in for service. He will likely go places based on his attitude. I have watched the service managers (Derek & Paul) go from basic positions to management. It seems like the dealership top management values people with great attitudes, a positive customer mindset, and with a great work ethic. I have seen employees stick around for many years. I have watched some of the younger guys grow up, and they have seen my kids grow up too. Bottom line. You always get great service, feel welcome and are appreciated at Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington. More
