He was very passive aggressive in explaining everything and when I asked him why it seemed so serious/uptight he responded in a passive aggressive way saying “we’re actually the most laid back dealership I and when I asked him why it seemed so serious/uptight he responded in a passive aggressive way saying “we’re actually the most laid back dealership I’ve ever worked at” after he had gotten upset about me asking questions about the car I own. He had a trenchcoat and clear painted nails and seemed like he wanted to act the part of the boss instead of improve somebody’s experience. I normally don’t write reviews like this but Mercedes is a very prestige corporation to be having this behavior at a position that isn’t a starting one. I’m a younger guy so maybe he assumed I’m immature or don’t have money but either way I think some customer support training would be beneficial More
