He went above and beyond the call for a normal salesman. Not only did he make sure that my car was in perfect shape before shipping it to me out of state, but he also coordinated all shipping and offered an extensive warranty options with ceramic coating and paint protection. He even went out of his way to take the car to an independent mechanic for inspection on my behalf. When it came to financing, Derrick shopped multiple lenders to find me rates and terms well below what I saw elsewhere.
