Our purchase started on a Sunday afternoon when a new listing for the car we have been searching for (for over 4 months) showed up on AutoTrader. To our surprise it had exactly what we wanted in the car listing for the car we have been searching for (for over 4 months) showed up on AutoTrader. To our surprise it had exactly what we wanted in the car option wise. We submitted a request to contact the dealer and within 5 minutes we received a call back from Derrick Davis who provided exceptional customer service and provided as many details as possible about the car. Since we live out of state he suggested we put down a simple $200 deposit to hold the car for us. We put down the deposit and Derrick then FaceTime’d us Monday and walked us around the car. This opportunity helped determine if we should continue with the deal, which we did. Derrick worked with us and our Credit Union to get the ball rolling. He was also kind enough to hold a 2nd vehicle for us to look at as a backup. We booked flights to DFW where he personally picked us up and we got to know him and learn more about both cars on the way to Dallas Lease Returns. He had both vehicles ready for us and let us drive them both to see which one we liked. It was a difficult decision but we chose the car we had put the deposit on and Derrick quickly handled the paperwork and we had an amazing drive home. Derrick went above and beyond and applied no pressure at all. Dallas Lease Returns provides an exceptional experience and we highly recommend them! More
