Very personable and polite and courteous of what I was looking for and what price range I wanted to stay in. We spent days picking out the perfect car for me bc I was very picky. I was concerned about a few things, and they were addressed right away. I felt they were being honest with me the whole time. I felt very comfortable with the vehicle I purchased, despite the high mileage. I always feel concerned buying a used car, but I would definitely go back to these guys again. My only complaint was that I got just one key for the vehicle, but if you look at all the other things they threw in, I can't complain too much. They were very friendly despite being very busy. My husband and I stopped to look at a car that appealed to us, and while we were looking, our salesman, Derrick, came out with the key fob and invited us to take a look, told us his name, and let us be. We then were able to take the car for a test drive, by ourselves, which was a huge selling point for me. We ended up putting a down payment on this car, and came back a few days later to finalize the transaction; Derrick could not have been more professional, kind, and thoughtful, knowing what a bad experience we had recently had. The two things we asked to be fixed were done and fixed correctly by the time we purchased the vehicle; it was detailed exquisitely and smells like a brand new car. Before we left, Derrick spent a good amount of time going over all the bells and whistles, which was so appreciated. Financing was easy; Chris was the bomb and explained everything I signed, and was never perturbed when I asked a clarifying question. Jason picked up an error I had made on my application and we corrected that quickly, getting me a way better finance rate so kudos to you for that. My experience can be summed up like this: I feel like I bought a Mercedes with the professional treatment my husband and I received.
