The dealer sold me a jeep they knew had hail damage. They all acted like they did not know about the damage and it was news to them. They commuted to pay for it with a signed “we owe”. This revealed they had done a horrible repair job if you call it that. Scratches dents etc. I had professional inspect it with special lights showing hail damage. Told me they would cover the repairs. My local Jeep Dealer body shop quoted over $1600 to replace because the aluminum hood could not be repaired. The manager of the Lawton dealership offered $600. They also accused my local dealership of marking up the quote. They eventually sent a $1000 check. $600 less than the quote. Once I figured out they had lied to me. I felt betrayed. We had traveled to OK for a funeral. We had rented an rv that broke down. We were stranded and they tried to advantage of us.the finance manage called me yelling at me about the survey. Told me I burned them. I told them, before I knew of the lies, that had given them all 10’s. One question about condition I answered honestly because the vehicle had dents on the hood. I asked him if he expected me to lie. We have also found there is more damage to the fenders they tried to repair. None of this was disclosed. More

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from LCJD and it was probably the best one! They were very accommodating in making sure I got the best trade in offer for my car, along with giving me th LCJD and it was probably the best one! Worst experience ever! Took them 5 hours to complete our contract because the salesman got our information wrong. The finance department had to fix it. The salesman and 3 o Took them 5 hours to complete our contract because the salesman got our information wrong. The finance department had to fix it. The salesman and 3 other guys argued over it where we could hear them. A month later I had not received my payment information and called the dealership, we had to go back in and sign new papers over them not having the tittle to the vehicle we had bought for the lender they had chosen for us. By the way, my husband and I have excellent credit rating. We have bought at least 10 vehicles over the past 40 years and none of those were as difficult or non carrying as this one. We didn't even get to sign the new papers in an office. We had to sign in the showroom on a little table while standing up while the finance person sat in a chair. No one asked us how we liked the truck or if we were having any problems with it. My husband and myself are not complainers but I feel this needs to be addressed. We will never go back to this dealership. We have told our family and friends about not using this dealership. If we didn't like our truck as much as we do, we would have asked for our car back and left the truck. I sure hope they don't treat all their customers this way. Thanks. More
