Our salesman Derick was the absolute BEST! Derrick in finance didn't like our official check. Seriously? He wanted us to sign a BLANK Title application. Again, seriously? They threatened to se Derrick in finance didn't like our official check. Seriously? He wanted us to sign a BLANK Title application. Again, seriously? They threatened to sell the car out from under us because my husband couldn't drive 2 counties over to pick-up the official check and make it back before they closed. To top it off, "make ready detailing" was merely a carwash. It didn't clean the inside beyond a vacuum and left bugs all over the front of the car. The cup holders were GROSS. It was washed outside but definitely NOT detailed. We got a great vehicle for a great price, we are really please about that! More
