Upside down trade I came to Derrick with an upside trade in, thinking I would not get a new vehicle or even used one, but by the grace of GOD, he worked it out and I no I came to Derrick with an upside trade in, thinking I would not get a new vehicle or even used one, but by the grace of GOD, he worked it out and I now have a brand new 2018 Kia Optima!!!! The process took about a day and a half, a lot of paperwork, but it was worth it. I will continue to go to him. He didn’t make me feel bad about my situation or even talk down to me like I was stupid, he is amazing!!! A blessing from above!!! Now I have a beautiful new car, with a very NICE WARRANTY and no worries about maintenance, thank you so much Southern Kia and more so Derrick!! My new year started out great!! More

Mr. Derrick White was my salesman & he did a great job of helping me decide on the right model for me. He answered all of my questions & helped me through the entire process. He explained the features of the car when I took delivery the next day. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big decision but Derrick made me feel at ease & I am very comfortable with my decision. I appreciate his help & he has followed up with me after taking delivery to see if I had any questions. I told him I can't believe how much better my 2018 Optima handles compared to my 2007 Optima. Great Dealership - Terrible Dealer Dealership was great, nice lineup and set up, but the dealer we had to contend with was terrible. Derrick White was his name. He kept interrupting us every time we spoke about the pricing and what features were in the vehicle, he lied about one of the car’s feautures, the 2019 KiA Sorento (saying it had a satellite top down camera on it instead of the four view camera system), he withheld the extra costs that came with the vehicle like the warranty and services after we’d told him time and time again what our cost budget was. He kept us waiting for hours while signing our contract agreements. I would never deal with him again, everyone else was fine but to us, but he was terrible. More
