Hi! Welcome to #DriveWithDesi. My name is Desiree Ogden but all my friends call me "Desi". I hope that one day we can become friends. I have not been in the automotive business long. However, I have an extensive background in customer service. I truly believe in treating people the way I want to be treated. Ms. Brenda is AWESOME!! I bought my car from here and hthis is my 5th time I have serviced it. This time around I was limited to what I could afford l and Ms. Brenda helped m I bought my car from here and hthis is my 5th time I have serviced it. This time around I was limited to what I could afford l and Ms. Brenda helped me out so much. She told me what my car needed and based on my budget, told me what I could afford. She even included the tax price which was a plus for me!!! She also gave me updates on my car. I will definetly be going back and dealing with Ms. Brenda!! ;) More

Very Satisfied Customer Eboni Cunningham, Mo- Deen, & Freddie Watson were all fantastic to work with. Each person took their time explaining details & answering all of my que Eboni Cunningham, Mo- Deen, & Freddie Watson were all fantastic to work with. Each person took their time explaining details & answering all of my questions ( crazy or not). I told Eboni that I wasn't leaving without a car & she stayed with me the entire day until I found my beautiful car & drove it off the lot. Mo-Deen worked his magic & gave money off the car along with lifetime powertrain warranty! Mo-Deen is an awesome General Sales Manager & great personality. Last but not least, the Finance Manager Freddie Watson customer service was on point as well. It was truly the best car buying experience & customer service experience I've ever had!! More

I dealt with Desiree through the entire process. She was amazing! She kept me informed of everything that was going on. She told me she was gonna do everything she could to make sure I walked away with my vehicle. And that she did! She is awesome, Honda Conyers is Awesome ? ! More
