Hi! Welcome to #DriveWithDesi. My name is Desiree Ogden but all my friends call me "Desi". I hope that one day we can become friends. I have not been in the automotive business long. However, I have an extensive background in customer service. I truly believe in treating people the way I want to be treated. Awesome experience Desi was amazing! We contacted her ahead of time, she walked us through the entire process, and made us feel very comfortable. She was not pushy and r Desi was amazing! The sales person Desiree, the financial advisors Senethea and Marla, John in service and of course Me. Charles Dansby found a way to make sure we were satisfied. We bought a 2015 Buick Verano and the problems I noticed were fixed without hesitation. They really wanted to make sure we were satisfied and we were! I’ve referred several people there, especially those coming out of bankruptcy! They are all very good people and we thank them for all they have done. More

During the test drive she was able to explain all the new features that made this car her favorite. She was highly knowledgeable on everything I asked as well as being able to tell me all the great things Honda offers once I purchase.
