When I first arrived, my former service advisor Desmond Adger saw me as I drove up, came over to my car, greeted me by name and assured me that my current service Advisor Malorie Williams would be with me Adger saw me as I drove up, came over to my car, greeted me by name and assured me that my current service Advisor Malorie Williams would be with me promptly. She walked up just as he finished the sentence. Mallorie also greeted me by name with a big smile. She said she was happy to see me and answered a couple of questions I had about my inspection process. The inspection and payment process took less than an hour.
