I had an absolutely horrendous experience with the Catonsville Mercedes Benz dealership. I brought my 2017 c63s in for repairs, and not only did they fail to completely fix the issues, but they also e Catonsville Mercedes Benz dealership. I brought my 2017 c63s in for repairs, and not only did they fail to completely fix the issues, but they also ended up robbing me for my car. They made a mistake on their end, and then tried to charge me an absurd amount of $116,000 for it. To make matters worse, the service manager was incredibly rude and uninviting throughout the entire process. I felt like I was constantly being brushed off and dismissed, and my concerns were never taken seriously. When I tried to escalate the issue to the general manager, things only got worse. The general manager contacted me and was blatantly rude and disrespectful. He even went so far as to threaten to destroy my vehicle, which was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Overall, I would strongly advise against doing business with the Catonsville Mercedes Benz dealership. They clearly do not value their customers, and their service is subpar at best. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle, and take your business elsewhere. More

Bad customer service Worst experience i ever had at a Mercedes Benz dealership. Agreed to meet with Ahmer Zaman ,a sales officer at the showroom a day prior to my arrival. Promised to test a drive a car and didn't deliver .Came in, made me wait for an hour , didn't show interest, spoke to me while standing up , while other customers had employees sitting with them and discussing offers. Made me feel like he dosent have time to actually sell me a car. Very disappointed and would not recommend to go there for anything. More

I was Deceived!!! So I went to mercedes benz of cartonsville for a car. Its true, my credit is not good, but I have friends who have gotten cars from other dealerships So I went to mercedes benz of cartonsville for a car. Its true, my credit is not good, but I have friends who have gotten cars from other dealerships with credit levels far lower than mine. At the time I was going in for the 2015 Mercedes benz c300, I didn't know anything. I had never bought a car in America, So I didn't know how car loans work. Mercedes benz of cartons Ville gave me a 2015 Mercedes Benz at 18% Interest rate. The whole time I was there, I kept asking for the price of the car but no one said anything to me, they were only concerned about me signing the documents. These documents were handed to me in a flash drive when the deal was done. the only one time I insisted on knowing the price, The sales guy told me its going to be between 22000 - 25000. when I got home and loaded the flash drive to my computer, i realised that the price of the car was 28000. I took in a deep breath. As if that wasn't enough, because santanders consumers knew this wasn't probably normal, they called and told me the total price I'll be paying for the car is about $47000 in total. On top of all these, this car had a noice the very next day after driving it. I will be trading in this car. I don't care the amount of negative equity i get on the car. All I know is, I won't recommend any one close to me to go to MB of Cartonsville. I have friends who've been to toyota and Honda dealerships with worse credit levels than mine and still get highlanders and Honda Passports at far better and lower rates than MB of Cartonsville gave me. And One thing I'll like to tell them is, you don't try to make money out of people by playing over their intelligence. Thats bad for business and you may not survive for long. More

As a black latino woman who has worked her entire life and has the right to purchase any vehicle i can afford, I feel underestimated, undervalued and marginalized by this dealers actions. Im questioned about my finances, my career and my need for a GLS.. its insulting and i won't be spending 80'g at this dealership and neither should you. TIME IS UP !!! stop treating people differently because of their sex, color or your preconceived notions about who deserves to own a MB, and sell cars... that is what you do, right???? Mercedes-Benz USA should be embarrassed and ashamed of MB catonville !!! i was offered the GLS at sticker... who pays sticker price ?? why should i pay sticker price?? because I'm a woman who walked in alone? or is it because i don't need your financing??? or is it because of my color??? if you are in the business to sell cars... sell them. don't discriminate against people !!! its not cool and it has me looking at MBUSA like they're a bunch of racist !!!!! what type of business is this?? if you only serve white males without question place a sign that says "whites only, everyone else, prepare for extreme vetting" More
