Short version: don’t buy vehicles here they manipulate the paperwork and overcharge you. Long version:I was on a trip to Knoxville when my current van broke down and I came here to find a new one. After several hours of waiting they rushed me through the paperwork. When I walked outside the windshield had a new crack in it. After arguing they agreed to have it fixed. When I brought it back to be fixed they informed me they also needed to replace some other part that they knew was broken but had not informed me of prior to purchase. In fairness they did fix it but they did still sell me a vehicle with known and undisclosed damages. After this I reviewed my paperwork to discover the sale price of the vehicle was higher than it was supposed to be. I called and informed them I even have pictures of what it was listed for on the lot and the amount was incorrect. I was told that “we do this all the time” that they frequently raise the amount above the listed price and put it in the paperwork and that they would not be changing anything. So purchase at your own risk and know they couldn’t care less beyond making money at your expense. More
