I started to work for Palm Toyota as a sales associate from 10/14/1999. Gettel Toyota purchased the dealership in January of 2017. I continued my carrier with Gettel Toyota Of Charlotte County. I'm a Toyota Pro over 22 years. PROS -Professional Retail Outstanding Salesperson. I was born in the Caribbean Island of Grenada and attended high school and college in Brooklyn New York. Desmond was extremely knowledgable and delivered directly to my house after dark and set up my vehicle to my home settings. Gettel used DocuSign for all the paperwork. All the people we interacted with for the purchase of the vehicle were polite and professional and I felt that the prices for the vehicles we looked at were fair until it came to the xxxxxxxx "Gettel Advanta vehicle were polite and professional and I felt that the prices for the vehicles we looked at were fair until it came to the xxxxxxxx "Gettel Advantage". We are in the market to buy a couple more vehicles, but I will definitely not use a Gettel dealership after having to pay a xxxxxxxx $3k add on price without the ability to opt out. Congrats on getting me to purchase 1 vehicle from your dealership, but I will never shop your dealership for myself or my company again. More

Business Manager Rhiannon did not introduce herself and spoke WAY too fast. For elders and those hard of hearing, it was clustered and she just wouldn't slow down. She moves too fast and although seems to know her job well enough, we couldn't give her more than 3 stars - especially since we didn't even know her name until we asked for a business card. More
