If you are an out of town buyer, don't even consider this dealer. There was literally ZERO follow up. I left messages for the sales manager and they were not returned. It was a surprise to me because during the negotiation, they were very attentive. But the follow up is among the worst I've ever experienced. UPDATE: As aforementioned, my deal fell through. Now, nearly a month later, my down payment has yet to be returned. We have called multiple times. The latest excuse was the person who cut the checks was on vacation. Yes. Apparently Mercedes Benz of Catonsville has only 1 person who is able to sign checks! Avoid this dealer at all costs. I feel like I am dealing with a "tote the note" used car dealer. The level of either incompetence or outright lack of integrity is stunning. More
