My Service Agent Cynthia Kraner has been very nice and helpful over time, including over multiple visits to Parks in WC in 2023 and 2024. She goes the extra mile to satisfy her customer's asks as well as helpful over time, including over multiple visits to Parks in WC in 2023 and 2024. She goes the extra mile to satisfy her customer's asks as well as the vehicle's needs. She is a good listener and is adept at handling various scenarios for her customers inclusive of management of service appointments, parts needs, and organizing customer conveniences(i.e. rides, late pickups, last-minute asks) while also being great at follow-up. I also wound up meeting with manager Destin Laquerre in light of my rather complex car 'system failure' situation (AC in this case had intermittent issues that presented several challenges given the condition of components ~ ! think both electrical and mechanical ! ~ which ultimately were overcome given findings by Parks techs who dug in!). Destin is super as he's level-headed and has what I'd call an almost innate understanding concerning customer's real needs/perspectives in association with their vehicle troubles needing to be put to bed! My significant other and I appreciated how he truly listened to his customer's side of things and then proceeded to bring in needed expertise to get our Taurus' ongoing issue worked to an end. I also met Jeff Wilder from the Parts group. This was thanks to my dropping a luckily discovered part breakage concern (not down to Parks) onto agent Cynthia, and, she dispatched Jeff right to me. He was very quick to help and determine both what the true part needed was and what it would cost. He nicely worked with the agent to organize getting that item in timely fashion including getting its installation dovetailed into an already in-progress work job (AC system work as mentioned above). Effort appreciated! A level of patience is needed when it comes to auto work ~ we ALL need to continue to practice that especially these days ~ but to end here I'd like to say all in all the experience at Parks was particularly good. I mean the team works very well together at Parks Ford and we sense there truly is a solid focus on customer care at this shop. The sales manager, Chris is wonderful the service manager Dustin is one of a kind he is helpful. He’ll listen to you he’ll listen to the problem and he will get it done right away. I had left a negative comment here before, but I have to say, the level of service and care I received from the team has completely turned me around. Not only did they fix the issue I had, but they went above and beyond to make things right and ensure I was happy with the outcome. I have to give a special shoutout to the service manager, Destin - this guy truly values loyalty and the satisfaction of Ford/Lincoln customers. Exceptional Service at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel! On June 30th 2023, I purchased a Ford F250 to tow a 37’ RV camper. My wife and I decided to live full-time in the RV camper and the F250 truck was c On June 30th 2023, I purchased a Ford F250 to tow a 37’ RV camper. My wife and I decided to live full-time in the RV camper and the F250 truck was critical to handle the towing requirement safely. Shortly after completing the purchase, we were devastated to learn Ford issued a recall in August for the left rear axle of the truck. Initially, Ford stated the parts would not be available until 1Q24 which would prevent us from living our dream. We are so grateful to the Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel team who stepped in to coordinate with Ford Corporation and get the parts expedited much sooner than was stated. A special thanks goes to: Ellis Adam - Parts and Service Director, Jeff Wilder - Parts Manager, Destin Laquerre – Service Manager, David Hoff – Shop Foreman, Tara Dyal – Service Advisor, and Tanner Bianchi – Product Consultant. We were very impressed with the level of personal commitment and service we received at Parks Ford. From the moment I called to explain our concerns and how the recall impacted our life plans, every staff member was friendly, helpful, and showed a dedicated commitment uncommon in most dealerships to solve our dilemma. When I brought my vehicle in for the repair, I was greeted promptly by EVERY TEAM member at 7:30 AM in the morning. The team assured me special care would be provided including oversight of the repair by David the Shop Foreman. Overall, we were extremely impressed with the special care we received at Parks Ford. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. They made the recall process easy and stress-free. Anyone looking to purchase a Ford product or have their vehicle serviced would do well to contact Parks Ford for their needs.
