He was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish, and somehow put up with my jokes the whole time. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood everything, and never made me feel pressured at any point.
What I appreciated most was how easy he was to talk to. We joked around a lot throughout the process, which made what can normally be a stressful experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right vehicle and making sure they leave happy.
