When the sales manager, who was overall helpful, stated there is no pressure, but then a series of texts and calls follow, as a customer, I felt pressured. I appreciate there are sales objectives, but the customer shouldn’t be keenly aware of it. Other than that, it was a good experience, as this was my third vehicle with DePaula. More
