You took time to drive several cars with me, & learn more about my needs. I went to Luther Hopkins Honda, where I was treated very well, but not like close family. (My experience at Hopkins Honda helped me select the model of car I wanted to purchase.) Once you saw that Westside owned one CRV, you drove the car to my house after work, even making sure that it fit in my garage, and wanted me to be very comfortable with every detail. At the last second, you had the car treated for some faint perfume from the previous owner, you personally took my MN loon plates off my A5 in the cold rain and put them on my new CRV (along with a 30 day permit), and ordered owners manuals. I call this A+ service. Chris Palmer gave my A5 a "far beyond fair" valuation; I hadn't been happy with how low it drove and had bought it from Westside only a few months before. Westside dealt with me more than fairly - generously -leaving me no doubt that my family's best value can be found at Westside Volkswagen. Thank you again! More
