I am extremely pleased to the utmost with my experience. Never have I experienced this comprehensive and welcoming vehicular care. While waiting for completion of the vehicle inspection, the customer waiting area was comfortable and clean. The lavatory was also clean and fresh. I have a personal connection with this dealership because this is where I bought my first car on my own. Every time I bring my vehicle here I feel as if I’m a part of the Honda family. The staff here are prompt, joyous, and ready to assist me with my concern as to why I’m there. I’ve met a great service advisor who is also an assistant service manager named Devin “Georgia Boi” Watkins. He is very attentive and he understands my concerns to resolve the matter the best way he knows how by taking care of my service needs, and if he doesn’t, he has a great support team to back him up. I came in for service on 8/13/19 for a battery issue and after spending time there the technician couldn’t figure out what the issue was as to why my car couldn’t start. So instead of taking my unreliable vehicle to work and have the same issue I had the night before, Devin suggested that I leave my car overnight and he assigned me a rental car for the day since there were no loner vehicles at the time. A kind gesture like this goes a long way in customer service and customer satisfaction. The next day he called me and while waiting to pick my car up I told another guest in the waiting room that Brandon Honda is my first and only choice for vehicle services. Overall my experience was more than exceptional and as for Devin, I truly appreciate his work ethic and his well mannered professionalism. I’ll always be a returning customer here even when I’m ready to purchase a brand new car. More
