I just bought my second car from Brian Holmen and I will always buy from Brian. Brian is great, he is patients, doesn't pressure you and explains all of your options to you. Levi did the financial/paperwork always buy from Brian. Brian is great, he is patients, doesn't pressure you and explains all of your options to you. Levi did the financial/paperwork portion and he was great also. I keep coming back to Snell because of the excellent customer service experience I get from Josh, Connor, Devin and Brian. More

I have bought my last 3 vehicles there, 2 of them were through Brian, I get all my maintenance done there and will keep continuing to do my all business at Snell, Everyone is always friendly, and willing through Brian, I get all my maintenance done there and will keep continuing to do my all business at Snell, Everyone is always friendly, and willing to help as soon as you walk inside. They will always work with you, if you need to leave your vehicle they will give you a ride to were ever you need to go and pick you up to get back. Have even given me a 1 year old loaner truck to use while mine was in being fixed. I would recommend Brian in sales, he is very knowledgeable on the vehicles coming in and going out, on my new Silverado he explained things in full detail and showed me thing I would of never know it was capable of and Devin in Service, he is always right to the point, very courteous, as a non mechanic type person when I am trying to explain a issue/problem he understands what I am saying and explains what is going on. More

Very dissatisfied with Snell Motors. Took my Acadia in because I needed a motor for my electric seat. They charged me $150 and told me I needed a motor for my electric seat. Not what I expected. It’s goin because I needed a motor for my electric seat. They charged me $150 and told me I needed a motor for my electric seat. Not what I expected. It’s going to be $960 to get it fixed. My wife was happy I had a bad experience because she doesn’t like to go there. We won’t be back and I’ll be sure to tell people I know. More
