Devyn is a terrific salesperson! I had just dropped my Land Rover off for repair yesterday (recently out of warranty) and as I was leaving, I stopped for what I thought would be a few I had just dropped my Land Rover off for repair yesterday (recently out of warranty) and as I was leaving, I stopped for what I thought would be a few minutes to look at the Lexus SUV's. I had one long ago and my friends who now do are very happy. Devyn approached me very politely and asked if he could be of help. He received the "no just looking" reply. He nicely offered to answer any questions I may have and asked if he could give me his card...instead of shoving it in my face. He knew the inventory and was further prepared with a pricing cheat sheet in his pocket. We discussed both certified pre-owned as well as new. I didn't know about the NX so he filled me in on them and compared the features and size difference with the RX. I was offered to test drive one. Why not. Long story longer, by 5 pm, I was driving away in the downpour with my brandy new NX. Devyn was proactive and had a hunch I might truly be interested and had the car prepped and under the overhang out front while I came home to fetch my Land Rover payoff info. He gently nudged me into thinking about trading in my Land Rover that day. It wasn't in my game-plan, but it made sense. Because Devyn spent the time showing me all of the interior features and what all of the gadgets did, I felt comfortable driving away...even in a monster thunderstorm. I trained salespeople for 18 years and Devyn "just gets it". Great people skills, does his homework, knows his stuff and, most importantly, is a great human being. I'm not sure I would have moved forward on this if it were not for Devyn. It was a great experience with Kevin, Chuck and Scott also. I'm anxious to take my new NX out for a spin! His personality and demeanor make it easy to see him as a friend as well as a sales person that you can be trusted to be fair and honest. I have recommended him to my friends and neighbors, some of whom have indicated they would be shopping for a car soon and would look to Greg and Wilde Lexus for their next purchase. My Thanks to Greg, Kenny, Devyn and all who we encountered at Wilde for taking what could be a daunting experience (purchasing a car) and making it a pleasure. While I didn't meet any of the managers I extend my appreciation to them for their part in making this a 1st class dealership. More

Dan Messick also did an excellent job of answering our questions and concerns. His explanations were concise and clear and his demeanor very friendly and personable. Scott Franzinger gave my wife Barbara and I a very thorough demonstration and explanation of each of the major features of my new RX 350 and showed a lot of patience in working us through the process. He was also very friendly and personable. I must admit that this was the best experience that I've ever had interacting with an auto dealership! Keep up the good work guys! More
