Transportation was refused. Home delivery wasn't offered after the sale. I live near University Parkway so it wasn't that far. I had to call out a favor from a friend in order to buy the RX. Clearwater Lexus also had an RX I was interested in. I was quite tempted to go there, but I've dealt with Alex Levondo for many years. I wanted to see him off for his retirement and be the last customer of his career. More

Django did a great job of showing us the vehicles we requested. He was quite knowledgeable about the RX with the exception of the typical gas mileage for the various RX models. We were not as happy with the trade-in offer for our current RX. The paperwork process went very smoothly. Devyn did an outstanding job of going over the features of the RX and answering our questions. We were not pleased to learn that only one key was provided at the time of purchase, and that I will need to take several hours out of my day to pick of the second key at the dealership. We do not live close by, so there will be travel time as well as the time needed to program the second key. More

I flew in from Texas waited 45 mins in the lobby for help. Devyn Williams knew i was coming because they sent a driver to pick me up from the airport. The salesman had AirPods on while assisting me and two other customers at the same time. Sometime I don’t know if he is listening or not when I was talking to him since he had his AirPods. He apologize multiple times and I knew he wasn’t sorry as he was going back and forth between multiple customers. When he came back again first thing he said was “sorry, I had a customer waiting.” That made no sense since I am also the customer. It was very frustrating. I did not finance. I signed the papers, gave them a check and left. It took about 3.5 hours. I appreciate the sale of the car but the process when I landed needs improvement. More
