We were lied to from the moment we walked in We came in looking to buy a certified Lexus We test drove a car we liked we were told it was a certified car I explained to everyone involved that my wife had looking to buy a certified Lexus We test drove a car we liked we were told it was a certified car I explained to everyone involved that my wife had recently had a stroke and she could not be stressed at all We were told we had to buy a package for 795 and another package for 995 that these had to be on all certified cars I had to leave the dealership for a conference call When I returned, Lisa was so upset and she was scared to tell me that she had just been told it’s not a certified car and she was having a 10 year extended warranty shoved down her throat They were trying to sell her a payment of $785. I told him this was not happening. We were leaving but we were done. We got down to 550. If she would’ve signed the payment, she was shaking and crying and embarrassed Everyone in this dealership was involved in this from the sales person to the sales manager to the sales leader and mostly Dan the finance manager he lied to us over and over. I never even called him because I was so sick of the situation. They tried to explain it away that it was a simple mistake over the six hours. We had been there. More
