In searching for a 2014 Jeep Cherokee I visited four dealerships. All were very different experiences, and none came close to Fitzgerald. Donna Allen and Bill Blumenfeld were courteous, friendly and expeditious. At other dealerships I waited more than an hour just to get a legitimate offer on a vehicle. At Fitzgerald on my first visit my trade in was evaluated and I had a firm offer in less than 30 minutes. Further negotiations were quick and painless with none of the "I have to check with ..., who has to check with ..., who has to get approval from ..." They immediately matched or bested my best offer from others. Fitzgerald quickly obtained the vehicle with the equipment I wanted even though it was not at their dealership. Every other dealer tried to sell me a vehicle on their lot with extra equipment that I did not want. Fitzgerald never tried to do this. The paperwork was also handled quickly and efficiently by Dewayne. Donna demonstrated the numerous features of my new Cherokee and connected my phone to the vehicle. I have never had a better buying experience, anywhere, anytime. All 10's, I highly recommend the Fitzgerald experience to anyone searching for a vehicle. Awesome! More

The customer service at Fitzgerald's Park Dodge Chrysler Jeep was outstanding. The vehicle that I was interested in was brought to the dealership from another Fitzgerald dealership and it was here Chrysler Jeep was outstanding. The vehicle that I was interested in was brought to the dealership from another Fitzgerald dealership and it was here within 24 hours of my inquiry of it. My salesman, Herb Hardy, was spectacular. Easy to deal with, no pressure attitude, and a personality that you felt right at home with. The whole sales team made me feel like their number one priority by expediting my deal so that my wait time was at a minimum. The finance manager went above and beyond the call of duty by spending extra time on the phone with potential lenders to secure me a lower rate for my vehicle. All around the customer service was exceptional and I would definitely recommend the Fitzgerald Park Dodge Chrysler Team to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

The best car buying experience I've had. Donna approached me on the lot and was an outstanding saleswoman. She is energetic and enthusiastic to say the least and went out of her way to answer any approached me on the lot and was an outstanding saleswoman. She is energetic and enthusiastic to say the least and went out of her way to answer any questions I had and to provide as much good information as she could about the used cars I was considering. The Acura that I decided on had a 3 month warranty sticker in the window which was debated later about wether it should have been there or not but Dwayne did not hesitate to honor the warranty. The overall buying experience was actually a pleasure and a good night out with Donna. After a couple of weeks I noticed a noise in the front end so I took it in for service. They had the car for a week and half because they had to send it to an Acura dealer to get repaired. I had purchased the Buyer Protection Plan (OUTSTANDING DEAL!) so I received a loaner car for the entire time and when I picked my car up, it didn't cost me a dime. Another good experience with Park DCJ and I will go to them first for any car buying or service needs I have in the future. More

The Day that My wife and I walked into the dealership Donna Allen approached us Immediatly and asked if She could Help Us. I explained that I was looking to replace my 20003 Van which was getting near 18 Donna Allen approached us Immediatly and asked if She could Help Us. I explained that I was looking to replace my 20003 Van which was getting near 180,000 miles and although running well I felt that it was time to replace it . She showed us around the Lot at the various models and accessory packages . and provided Us with test drives and had someone appraise our van right away and helped us pick a model to fill our needs at a price that we could be comfortable with all in all an excellent experience!. Also Mr Dwayne Dickens who was the Finance officer applied Great effort in securing Us the Best financing rate possible Not only was he pleasent Like Donna But when we returned to make the final Deal He Had all of the Paperwork ready for our signatures at the rate that he promised. also he provided us with the info needed to help us decide on a couple of beneficial Extras that we really needed to make the vehicle purchase better fit our needs all in all I have purchased Quite a few cars in the last 50yrs and This was by far the best overall automobile buying experience that I have ever Had!. This dealership is by far the best I have visited. All employees were polite and made me feel comfortable (almost a family like environment). This was such a GREAT experience. Fitzgerald employees SURPASSED the emplyees of Park Dodge. They showed professionalism, courtesy, RESPECT, and friendliness. They found the best interest rate; and met m SURPASSED the emplyees of Park Dodge. They showed professionalism, courtesy, RESPECT, and friendliness. They found the best interest rate; and met my schedule as it was a busy day and I needed to leave by a specific time. I also liked being greeted when first entering the building; how everyone involved introduce themself; they made you feel important and special at the same time. When it was owned by "Park Dodge"; the sales people were "stunned" when I stated I wanted a specific vehicle; their actions was a big turn off, they did not respect their customer; my son felt the were "idiots, and rude". Again My Sincere thanks for EXCELLENT Customer Service. More
