I called to find more information on 2 competitively priced vehicles that I found online through the USAA car buying service. The Internet salesman Rick LeGault was very helpful in looking up and helping me to determine the features and specifics on two vehicles before taking a 1 hr 30 minute ride to look at the vehicle after work. He was prompt in getting back to me as I continued to ask questions via text throughout the day. Upon arrival I was greeted by Rick and he showed me the vehicle until the Certified Salesman, Ben Macieski, was available. As soon as we met, I was offered water by Ben but when no cold waters were left in the fridge on the lower level of the dealership we headed to the upper level. It is then that the General Manager herself, Diana DAvanzo, came up the stairs and offered a cold bottle of water from her own supply. She went out of her way to do this! Brian was an excellent and low pressure Sales Specialist - he wanted to make sure every request and that all steps of the sales process were taken care of with the right amount of attention. He and Rick ensured that I had an appointment with the Finance Manager, Veeral Bharucha, before I came to purchase the car the next day. Veeral knew his products and was good with laying the information out in a way I could understand the financing as well as the value of the warrantees and vehicle protection. He nicely took the extra step to bring me outside to see a vehicle that had the clear coat and AutoBrahn. Over Labor Day weekend Ben reached out to verify the time I was going to pick up the vehicle - so that all the detail work and protection work was completed and he even helped to provide transportation. When I arrived to pick up the car - it was detailed so nice! There was a slight defect in the Autobrahn protection and all in the dealership (Ben, Veeral, Dave, Sean, Shane, and the detail technician) were happy to look at it and help find a solution. The dealership wanted to stand behind getting it corrected and making it right! Ben has been spectacular throughout this whole transaction - he is all about customer service and genuinely aims to please. You should ask for Ben! Thanks to all at Infiniti of Nashua for this fabulous service. I will be back! More
