After 5 vehicles-will NEVER buy again. We have purchased 5 vehicles from Rudy Luther/Luther. Given that history we sought Luther Brookdale Toyota out to purchase a first vehicle for our dau We have purchased 5 vehicles from Rudy Luther/Luther. Given that history we sought Luther Brookdale Toyota out to purchase a first vehicle for our daughter. We put a deposit down and had an appointment the following day to finalize it. My daughter was ecstatic! 45 min later we received a text that "minutes" before someone else put a deposit down but they would let us know if it fell through. Minutes later, Diana changed the story to a deposit was placed a day before. 24 hours later I received another call that the financing fell through and the vehicle was available AND they were giving me more for my trade in because they suddenly had a customer looking EXACTLY for what I wanted to trade. Quite the orchestrated sales pitch that back fired. We purchased a Jeep from a different dealer who gave us $3000 more on a trade than Luther. We were very disgusted at their sales tactic. Not to mention playing on the emotions of a 16 year old girl and a first car. We will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Luther. Thank you Park Jeep for the customer service, we couldn't be happier. More

Amazing! I walked in and was greeted right away by Diana Gumeniuc. She was awesome. Told her i was interested in a Camry. She gave me all the deals right away. I walked in and was greeted right away by Diana Gumeniuc. She was awesome. Told her i was interested in a Camry. She gave me all the deals right away. With no further time waste i was test driving a Camry already. Less than 20 minutes I was signing for the new car and was out in no time driving it home. I really like the selling service here. Now i will have to see the maintenance service. I will recommend this dealership for buying a new car. More
