From start to finish Diane was GREAT and I knew I reached out to inquire about a Mustang that was at this dealer. I was put in touch with Diane Asher. From start to finish Diane was GREAT and I knew I was in good hands. I have never bought a car sight unseen before and Diane made this process very easy for me. Communication was top notch, even though I lived 500 miles away I felt totally comfortable with this transaction. She sent pictures of the car that I requested, worked with my time line with my shipper and had the car ready for pick up when he arrived. She recommended a shipper since I was not able to get down there to drive it home, who was great also. I am in customer service and know how important it is. Diane goes above and beyond, most impressive to me is I was purchasing a used Ford car, not a brand new car, and in another state, happened to find this car on the internet, but she made me feel "at home" with this. I received my car yesterday, no surprises when I saw the car and was exactly what Diane told me. If you are in the market for new or used car, see Diane she will make it a great experience. More

Excellent Customer Service I called to inquire on a warranty on a vehicle that I didn’t purchase there. When I gave them the information they told me about my free service that I called to inquire on a warranty on a vehicle that I didn’t purchase there. When I gave them the information they told me about my free service that the dealership that I purchased the car from didn’t tell me about. They did the service AND addressed the issue we were having with the car. Because of this I decided to look online for a car. We had been looking but couldn’t find “the” car. I recently went to another dealership and applied to purchase a new car. Needless to say, I wasn’t sold on the terms or the car. I went to Charles Boyd Chevrolet in Henderson NC and found the car of my dreams! They worked with me to get to my terms but in the mean time I was told about the other dealership processing my credit application 12 times!!! I am furious that this happened BUT Charles Boyd worked hard after hours to make it happen!! I am so thankful that Diane, Bobby, and Robby were there last night. They were the winning trio!! As well as the service department!!!! More

Under my mother’s guidance, I visited the exact same dealership today. You see, I have three new friends from other countries teaching in VA and needed a great used car. After a week of searching, our spirits were down with the overall experience. Today, I drove up to Charles Boyd Chevrolet and Mrs. Diane met us at the door. She was warm, attentive and very articulate and focused. She helped my friends find the exact car they’d been searching for. Although not in the market to buy, she was so good, I’m now looking for a second vehicle. I appreciate Boyd Chevrolet for their professionalism and customer service.
