I live in Indianapolis, Indiana and I thought the process would be easy. At first I looked at dealerships in my area. Then online up to 50 miles away. Quickly my search went to 100 miles, then 200, then 500, and finally nationwide while still looking locally because I knew what I wanted and it had to be available. My search then took me to Charles Boyd where I had contact with Diane Asher. She was so attentive to my needs and followed up with all my questions. The next step was to FaceTime with Diane so she could show me the car and all options the car had. Every step of the way Diane was quick to answer any questions I had. And there were many! Overall, my experience was amazing. When the time comes to look for another vehicle I will begin my search with Diane. More

Cadillac corral I was taken back as soon as I entered the dealership the amount of Cadillacs avail to look over was nice and also Diane the sales person was amazing . NOT SO with Diane and Charles Boyd of Henderson! We were treated with respect, we were not pushed, we were given all information we needed - and some we didn't know we needed! - and we came away with a great truck and were happy with the deal we were offered. Diane was the best auto salesperson I have ever dealt with. She went above and beyond all the other salespeople we dealt with at other dealerships during our shopping process for a truck. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the trucks at the dealership so she could offer comparisons between models. She knew how to operate all the functions of the trucks and helped us with OnStar, Wi-Fi, and Sirius XM set ups on the truck we purchased. Diane handled everything we needed to get new tags and insurance, and set up our appointments for purchase and receipt of the truck, and the additional services we needed. We enjoyed her enthusiasm and kindness, and her helpful attitude. It is obvious that she really enjoys her job and helping people! Russell Boyd and another employee helped us through the purchase process and were very helpful and patient with my many questions. Charles Boyd also met with us personally and helped us through the process. How often does the owner of the dealership sit down with prospective buyers and just chat?
