Within 45 minutes, so impressed with their product, presentation, and commitment to customer relations, I had signed the deal. On Tuesday I came back to the dealership to pick up my new car and once again was very impressed with how the entire team, including Diane Djonovic, respected my needs and timing. I am very grateful to have found this dealership and Frankie and Jon in particular, and look forward to working with them on another deal soon. More

In the ensuing years everyone we have dealt with at the dealership has exhibited the highest degree of professionalism and expertise. From sales to service we have never had less than a rewarding experience. This time around we brought in our leased 2013 RDX and xchanged it for a new lease on a 2016 RDX Advanced. Our salesman was Dmitry Novikov, who continued this "streak". Mr. Novikov treated us with the utmost care, and made us feel that he was most interested in seeing our automotive needs satisfied. Even though this was the fourth RDX we would lease he treated us as if this would be the first. Although we were in effect "presold", his approach made us feel that we were valued customers. He listened to us and was able to meet every request we made. Success! We were able to drive out of the lot with our new car the very next day. Thanks, Dmitry and Acura of Westchester. More
