This new car buying experience was second to none! Tony is a high-class person and a great salesman. He found us the car we desired at the price we could afford; and we love it! He worked with us the major is a high-class person and a great salesman. He found us the car we desired at the price we could afford; and we love it! He worked with us the majority of the time over the phone and through email which, in my opinion, makes him an asset to dealership relating to the "younger" generation. We also worked with Lou Kish, Business Manager, to purchase an extended warranty and finalize the paperwork. He is a fun, energetic guy and know his stuff! He made signing all that paperwork seem like a "walk in the park". I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Tony Cipicchio your solution to buying a new car!!! More

I initially shopped online for my 300 and was responded to very quick. She was able to answer my questions and set up a test drive for me. I met Diane who went above and beyond what most dealerships would to very quick. She was able to answer my questions and set up a test drive for me. I met Diane who went above and beyond what most dealerships would do. I shopped other dealerships and none were as willing to help me as the Novi location. She explained all the cool new features of my car and even called me to see if I liked it after my purchase. This was by far one of my best investments....and a Great payment! More
