Excellent Follow-Through and Customer Service Have had several positive experiences over last five years with Landmark Ford. Diane Pohl in Sales is excellent, knowledgable and does her job with not pretense or "flim flam".... I highly recommend Diane for regular inventory or special orders. The service department with there extended night time hours is run by Kurt Sorg whom is very customer service focused and wants work done right the first time. My service writer Jason is excellent and especially knowledgable of Ford Trucks! Customer Service follow-up, rental car department, parts department all seem on point and happy to work at Landmark and enjoy helping get vehicles repaired in timely manner. The receptionist Jennifer can help you navigate anything needed at the dealership. Clearly the family ownership of this dealership is on top of all phases of running this dealership. Finally great location and customer friendly hours with very competitive pricing. More

No Worries Dealing With This Dealer Diane Pohl, Internet Manager, made the process of buying a new Mustang easy. I told her what I wanted, she gave me a fair price. Diane called me through a referral from the Costco program. She was friendly, straight-forward, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. She took time to familiarize us with our new EDGE and te program. She was friendly, straight-forward, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. She took time to familiarize us with our new EDGE and teach us how to work the electronics in the vehicle. She was GREAT!!!! Highly recommend her if you need a car! More
