I purchased a vehicle in August with a broken taillight in which the company was reluctant to fix with me begging . it is now almost October , past the expiration date of the “we owe” ticket and the vehicl in which the company was reluctant to fix with me begging . it is now almost October , past the expiration date of the “we owe” ticket and the vehicle is still not fixed. My left turn lamp is now out. I took the vehicle in for service on the 11th of this month , mentioned the we owe ticket and was told they would order the parts. On the 19th my axles were fixed and still no taillights. I may not understand what the process is in ordering taillights but I’m not sure that it takes over a month. The representatives at the front desk , Dianna and parts department were excellent to me ,but I just wish I had the taillights fixed.I call every other week to get help and am either transferred to a department or manager that never returns voicemails or told that the individual(Joe) who sold me the car will contact me. He hasn’t since my August 8th purchase, not even to assist in the we owe ticket . I emailed him On Aug 12, no answer. At this point I’m very discouraged by the dealerships will to follow through with service. No responds without me constantly calling and begging for the bare minimum. It’s frustrating for a new car buyer. As an additional side note, it would also be nice to not hear the male employees dropping f bombs around the sales floor. Please reach out to me . More
