I grew up in the Bay area in California and I am a graduate from Boise State University with a degree in Education, Health, Psychology and Coaching. I learned to ski in Idaho and enjoy everything outdoors, photography and exploring new terrain. My motto, “I’ll try almost anything once”. Bungee jumping is not on my list. Having 4 older brothers I have a love of cars. I spend my time off work hiking the local trails with my husband Brian and our Border Doodle Skye...who is training me to feed her on time and play frisbee correctly. We moved to Utah in November of 2014 to be closer to our grandkids (and our kids I guess) and to get away from the freezing cold of Minnesota. I joined the automotive industry on Feb 14, 2001 and have LOVED it ever since. There just isn’t a more dynamic career that puts all my tools and experience to the test. I have a new story every day! My goal is to earn your business by providing an unparalleled purchase experience!

Most Fun Buying Experience Ever! 2016 Subaru Legacy Limited. Been hunting for the car in my price range and mileage for over a year, but I could only find my specific requirements in 2016 Subaru Legacy Limited. Been hunting for the car in my price range and mileage for over a year, but I could only find my specific requirements in branded title ads. Under 30K miles, all the options, and under $20K. I knew myself though, there was no way I would be comfortable with red ink all over the Car Fax Report. Then I saw the car. A true unicorn with a real, no accident, one-owner, clean title and flawless Car Fax. I inquired about it on the Mercedes-Benz of Farmington website. That's when I met Brayden Oaks through emails, texts, and phone calls. Many of them. I finally emailed him back and told him I thought better of it. My current car was nearly paid off and I didn't want another car payment. Brayden wouldn't let it go. Finally, I thought enough is enough and called him to set up a test drive. Unfortunately, Brayden was with another customer when I arrived because his manager didn't think I'd get there that quick. I was soon introduced to Dianne Burnham and we were ready to go for a test drive. Unfortunately, Brayden had the key to the car and was currently on a test drive with another customer because his manager thought he would be back before I got there. 0 for 2. His manager owned his mistake though, the car was beautiful, and I already commuted all the way out there so I wasn't leaving until I test drove the most non-test drivable vehicle I've ever met. Things got better after that. Brayden returned with my key, I already thought of it as mine, even though I really didn't have any intention of buying it that day. I drove the car and fell in love. It was exactly what I wanted, which scared the heck out of me. While purchasing my trade-in, I had to convince myself to buy it even though I needed a car. With the Subaru, I tried to convince myself not to buy it. I was lucky to have Diane Burnham help me work through my faulty logic caused by anxiety. Her patience was incredible. In the end, I purchased the vehicle and am happy I did. I know this sounds like it should have been a bad review because of how things began, but I swear, I've never had more fun working through a series of unfortunate events. Jesse Stott showed me his awesome MacBook Pro. Diane Burnham lost track of me because I was wondering around noticing the great prices on their other vehicles in the almost empty used car lot. I think it was mostly empty because of the prices. I don't know what every car should cost, but I've learned to recognize an overpriced one quickly, even without the aid of the internet. All of the staff members I interacted with were genuinely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had each other's back when it came to customer service and I would buy from Mercedes-Benz of Farmington again, and highly recommend them. Like any auto dealership, Saturday is their busiest day of the week and they pulled together to get me into the car I wanted for the price I never had to haggle over because it was already great to begin with. I needed someone with patience and integrity as I made my decision to give Dianne Burnham was just the person I needed to help me make this purchase. I needed someone with patience and integrity as I made my decision to give up my GLC for the larger GLE or GLS. She helped me determine what would best fit my needs and gave suggestions on how to handle my "Nervous Nelly" Aussie in the car. She stuck with me for months! Then, when I was finally ready with my decision, she went the extra mile to find the color I wanted without pressuring me to take what was on the Farmington lot. She even set aside time to do a test drive with my daughter and demonstrate how a taller man would easily be comfortable in the GLE. In addition, I also appreciated her vehicle knowledge, attitude, and work ethics....and all with a smile! More

She was helpful during the sales process - ensuring that the order met all of my specifications. She also helped when the car was delivered to have it ready for me quickly. She went beyond when asked if she could order winter tires - something I could have done with the service department. Overall a great experience! More

Dealership philosophy + Dianne Burnham = 💯 What a great experience! I had so many road blocks that Dianne helped remove to make this happen. I am 340 miles away from the dealership. Dianne was willing to pick me up at the airport on her own time. They aren't paid on commission, so even though I was looking at a used non-Mercedes-Benz I still got treated like a high roller. Very personable & I didn't feel pressured. Easy & painless. Prior to even deciding to go I was sent all the dealer labor on the car, CARFAX report, original sticker price, a video of the car I was interested in and always quick response time. Normally dealerships stress me out, but I didn't feel that way here. Also I couldn't believe that there weren't any hidden or additional fees. The sticker price is what you pay (plus sales tax & DMV stuff of course, but no dealer fees added at all). Did I mention they were pretty quick too? I wouldn't hesitate to go back if the opportunity came up again. More
