Dick Barrick has been the nicest salesperson we have dealt with when buying a vehicle. He was polite, honest, funny, patient, organized, and kid-friendly. Allison, age 9 says "He is very reliable, and nice". Audrey, age 6 says "I love my new car and Fords". And also "Thank You"! for the big balloon that he bribed them with. We had a great time purchasing our 2012 Ford Escape, even a few laughs. You will have to ask Dick what the new use is for the funnel in the back of the Escape. Siruis Radio now means vehicles are dog-friendly (per our daughters). And Dick said "Look this one has a roof". Which comes to find out means a moon roof. We had a great time!
