Obviously, I would not trust just anyone to sell a used car to me that I intended my son to be driving. I felt confidence and trust in our interactions with Dick during our various purchases. I have never been let down by Dick nor with the vehicles involved. Dick has always been helpful in getting the best price and has been frank about whatever concerns might relate to a particular vehicle. I hate the process of looking for and buying a car, but Dick has made it fun. We have purchased other vehicles elsewhere over the years, but I can honestly say, that I would not return to the other dealerships; one because of the car, and another becuase of the sales personnel. We keep coming back to Dick and to Ford because of the confidence we have in each. More

Salesman was fine and professional. Circumstances beyond his control affected the process. Dick Barrick was an extreme joy to work with. This was my first new car purchase, so I was a bit uneasy going in, but Dick made the process extremely easy. Not once did I feel pressured to buy a certain car first new car purchase, so I was a bit uneasy going in, but Dick made the process extremely easy. He simply showed me the options and gave me space and time to make my decision on my own unless I had questions, which he answered clearly right away. He was very friendly, and took interest in me as a person, making it feel like I was doing business with an old friend.
