We were getting the oil changed in our 2014 Prius, so started looking at the new Priuses to pass the time. Baldomiro Romero asked us if we'd like to test drive a new one. We declined, but got talking about the Avalon we traded in on our Prius. He suggested we try out a Camry, and was seconded by Dick DeMuth, the sales manager. We test drove it for twenty miles. Long story short, we decided the Camry Hybrid would be perfect for us, and they gave us a pretty good deal on our car as a trade-in. They basically offered us every option, financing, straight up purchase, etc. and we didn't feel at all pressured. But we couldn't pass up the deal they offered us! Our second vehicle purchase from Kolosso inside of 4 months! Hadn't planned on replacing our Sienna van for at least another 6 months, but we could hardly pass up one of the Highlander specials being offered. Had a great experience with my salesman, Mike Rieth! He was very accommodating and took his time going over the car with me upon delivery. Dick, the sales manager was great, too. George in the finance dep was very accommodating and took his time going over the car with me upon delivery. Dick, the sales manager was great, too. George in the finance department was also nice to work with. He worked with me on the first part of the sale. The second guy they connected with me in the finance department was a bit “frosty”- but overall I had a good experience. And, I’m happy to be the proud owner of a Prius! More
