Unfortunately, we (me and my wife) are comparing upon experiences, and this dealership was just GOOD. To deem excellent, the process could have gone faster (4 hours was too long), and we should have gotten our tag that same day, (we are still waiting on it after 2 weeks). Our salesman, Dickie, was phenomenal. Kind, helpful and patient. He worked with us as much as he could, and bought us dinner. I would recommend this dealership to our military service members and anyone who's a USAA member. More
