It’s been a decade since I bought a car from a dealership. If it hadn’t been for Diego we wouldn’t have done it. He went above and beyond during the sales process even driving up 3 different optio dealership. If it hadn’t been for Diego we wouldn’t have done it. I traveled from Las Vegas to purchase a 2019 Audi e-tron after negotiating the price in advance and confirming travel plans with the dealership. After completing the purchase I later received the CarFax sho after negotiating the price in advance and confirming travel plans with the dealership. After completing the purchase I later received the CarFax showing three prior accidents that were not clearly disclosed beforehand. The vehicle also had unsafe tire conditions and a damaged charging port emergency release cable. I’m currently working with regulators to resolve the matter. Update - It has been over a month and they pretended to send me a reimbursement for the tires only to bait me into removing my review. They tried to get me to remove this under false pretense. More
