I traveled from Las Vegas to purchase a 2019 Audi e-tron after negotiating the price in advance and confirming travel plans with the dealership. After completing the purchase I later received the CarFax sho after negotiating the price in advance and confirming travel plans with the dealership. After completing the purchase I later received the CarFax showing three prior accidents that were not clearly disclosed beforehand. The vehicle also had unsafe tire conditions and a damaged charging port emergency release cable. I’m currently working with regulators to resolve the matter. Update - It has been over a month and they pretended to send me a reimbursement for the tires only to bait me into removing my review. They tried to get me to remove this under false pretense. More

Great customer service on the Sales side! They put significant effort trying to find the exact car I was looking for (i.e., specific model with specific options). Every other dealer tried to They put significant effort trying to find the exact car I was looking for (i.e., specific model with specific options). Every other dealer tried to sell me the car(s) on their lot. Not Marin! Cooper found the exact Model with exact options. Even more satisfying is I still got a great deal. Where other dealers will say, I don’t have it on lot so can’t give a good price if I go get it. After price agreement Bobby (finance) also made the process easy and expedited. I HATE getting stuck with Fry-nance at car dealerships! Not here!!! And Diego, my initial contact, was there through the whole process. Oh, and he’s still present supporting me when I need assistance. It appears this dealership is trying to create a long-term relationship…not a transaction!!! I will be back…and now know where to go when I need a dealership to help me find a vehicle! P.S. Probably $houldnt $ay thi$, but no one can beat them—read between the lines! I know…I’ve been working a deal for over $1.5 years…and found it here!!! More
