He shot straight on every one of them, no deflection, no exaggeration. None of the exhausting sales theater you can experience shopping for cars. He also navigated a lot of deliberation and back-and-forth from us without ever making it feel like a burden. Buying a car involves a lot of moving pieces, and Ricky kept the whole thing feeling easy for. We had such a good experience that we crossed the bridge to buy from him rather than going with closer dealerships. We'll be calling Ricky first for service, future purchases, and anything else Audi related. Highly recommend. More
