You tell them who your here to see & they'll help you find that person instead of trying to take you away and see what they can do for you themselves. If you say I'm just looking they don't follow you around asking a million questions. I recently went to trade in my Honda CR-V and the process was fast and easy. I Was help my a young lady who was by the very nice. I actually forgot her her but she was kind enough to look into my file and bring Diego who helped me in my previous purchase. Diego was very kind and patient with me as I couldn't make up my mind he recommended a few cars and gave recommendations base on what I was looking for. He showed me the 2017 Honda Accord Sport I loved it he brought me a book of colors went to get the actual car and I loved it sent me to finance while it was being washed and gassed up with a free full tank & I was on the road within the hour. He followed up with me they email checking on me and my new ride & of course we okay. I would recommend this Honda to anyone looking to purchase s new or used vehicle cause by the way My Honda CR-V was used and the 2 1/2 almost 3 years I had it I've never had any mechanical problems just regular services that I also got done st their service department. More

Best of the best! Both, my vehicle and my fiance's were stolen last month. All of this happened while we were in the process of moving from L.A. County to Orange County Both, my vehicle and my fiance's were stolen last month. All of this happened while we were in the process of moving from L.A. County to Orange County. So I called Diego and, once again, he was extremely helpful in helping me find my next vehicle. He helped me with my previous purchase and my fiance's lease in the past and I developed a trusting relationship with him. Since my fiance could not come in to get a new car the same day I did, Diego was very helpful in making sure that we were taken care of by another sales person he trusted. I also want to thank Murat from finance. He was very helpful and very understanding of what I was going through. He explained things clearly and even helped me fill out the form so I could get a refund for the GAP insurance I had in my previous car....Last but not least, I want to say that this would be the third time that I get a car from Norm Reeves and so far, I have no complains. Everyone who I have dealt with has been very professional and helpful! Thanks Norm Reeves! Thank you so much again Diego! And, thank you Murat! I am very grateful for you all! :) More

When we arrived, and during our time in the leasing process, he was always there, and always helpful. When we had a problem of any kind, he was there with a smile. He showed us a number of cars to help us make our final decision, and was friendly and smiling through the whole process. We needed his help in recovering paperwork that we had left in our trade-in vehicle. He retrieved them promptly with a smile. The whole purchase/leasing process is way to complicated and time consuming. It is paper and labor intensive and could be dramatically reduced. Having someone like Diego to smooth the way probably saves lots of sales. I was very close to calling it off. He saved our sale. More
