I WAS SOLD A DEFECTIVE CAR & NOTICED 3 MONTHS LATER Had I known that I was sold a defective car I would have never gone back to them for my second vehicle purchased from them. Yesterday I go to do an oil change and nothing is screwed in yet tie wrapped together. I contacted the dealership to see if the issue was able to be resolved and was literally left hanging with the phone off the hook while their manager DIEGO attended to another customers needs. The bottom line is I am now locked out of my car and unable to do an oil change because they are so eager to make the sale but when you call to simply ask a question you are placed on hold in a completely unprofessional manner. I surely will not recommend this dealership or business to anyone again and am going on every website to advise and make your customers aware of the scam you guys are pulling. More

Pleasantly surprised, I bought a used BMW 328i recently from Florida fine cars. To make a long story short when I bought the vehicle I didn't expect the vehicle to be in I bought a used BMW 328i recently from Florida fine cars. To make a long story short when I bought the vehicle I didn't expect the vehicle to be in perfect condition given it was a few years old and had about 36,000 miles on it, however within a week of purchasing the vehicle the car started having a few issues. The vehicle was still covered under factory warranty him and I purchased an extended warranty in the event something were to happen to the car. After taking it to the BMW dealership the problems that the vehicle was having were not covered by the warranty and was advised to take the vehicle back to Florida fine cars. Even though the issues that the vehicle was having a relatively minor electrical issues, I was quoted that therepair would cost me over $2000. As I drove back to Florida fine cars I was preparing myself for a battle since the vehicle was bought "as is " and expected they would tell me that it wasn't their responsibility anymore. To my surprise, after explaining my situation to Frank Diaz (service advisor) and Carlos (shop foreman), not only took my concerns into consideration, but they went above and beyond and did everything in their power to make things right to fix the issue. They even went as far as to offer me a ride home and the following day after receiving my car, I even received a text from Frank checking up to make sure the car wasn't having any issues. Unlike my experiences with other dealerships in the past, Frank, Carlos, and everyone else that I came in contact with at Florida fine cars treated me with the utmost respect and seemed genuinely concerned. They most definitely get two thumbs up for me and I would happily recommend them to family and friends. Happy customer. :) More

John Clark the finance Director was such a joy at the end when we were signing all our paperwork. Great experience from beginning to end. We could not be any happier. I would recommend them to any of my friends or relatives. I will be buying from them moving forward. The whole experience was indeed the best so far from my previous experiences with buying vehicles at other dealers. More
