I'm tired of taking my vehicle into the dealership about my breaks squealing when in reverse, they are just starting to grind a little coming to a slow stop, and steering wheel shakes very badly if I have t my breaks squealing when in reverse, they are just starting to grind a little coming to a slow stop, and steering wheel shakes very badly if I have to apply them at a higher speed suddenly. I'm told they can't find anything. This has been going on since 4 months owning the vehicle and now almost 4 yrs having it. Today, for them to check my brakes and an oil change took them 2.5 hours. Ridiculous! Checked in at 12:39pm, cannot get a shuttle since they do not offer this on Saturdays but offer it on weekdays...why? It's my only vehicle and am at their mercy to wait. Then charged for a 6 quart oil change, when I was informed last time I was there, my vehicle only takes 4 quarts and would be charged less than the 6 quarts. That's what I was told last time I was there. Then told today, it takes 5 quarts, yet I'm paying still for 6 quarts. Paying the bill, informed they are imposing a 3% fee for using my debit card. Not only do we pay interest on our card, now we have a convenience fee. My vehicle smelled of grease, steering wheel had grease/dirt on it and my seat was completely adjusted to have to try to get it back to the same position it was before. They spent "supposedly " 2 hours trying to find the issue on my brakes, that they cannot figure out. Almost 4 yrs and the ineptness is amazing. They said, it could be your calibre, over 2 hours working on my vehicle and you didn't check? I asked about bearing needing to maybe be repacked, didn't check this either. My brakes are not suppose to make a squealing sound at all. I'll take it next time to Lillington location. And I have a warranty that was bought through them and wanted to insist brakes are not included in my warranty and they are, as I've read it. They sell this warranty and don't even know what's covered. More
