Originally from NYC, moved to Texas and loving it! Georgetown is an amazing place! Dog dad of a Wilco rescue. Ford Mustang Shelby is my favorite sports car! Ford Explorer ST is my favorite SUV! Ford Raptor my favorite truck! Momma’s boy - Dad is in heaven. God First, Family Second and self third. I love people but, I love dogs more :-) Brisket is my absolute fav right after Filet! Wellness is my priority and all my food is made from scratch!

Went to dealership to start shopping and getting an idea if maybe to replace 2008 Explorer Sport Trac. My daily guy was very helpful. I did not feel intimated by him. I drove off a few hours later dri idea if maybe to replace 2008 Explorer Sport Trac. My daily guy was very helpful. I did not feel intimated by him. I worked with Jeff Barto. I went in because I needed the tire locks changed out. It was a program car and could not find the socket. Jeff was able to find it tucked away and did not make me feel like a wa tire locks changed out. It was a program car and could not find the socket. Jeff was able to find it tucked away and did not make me feel like a waste of his time. They were also needing to activate my Kahu. Once Jeff realized mine was not working and needed to be replaced, he came in at let me know so I wouldn’t be waiting and wondering what was taking a little bit longer. Since my car was bought as new (program car) I asked about the FordPass reward points, I told Jeff I was going to get mats with them. Instead of passing me off he ordered them and a socket wrench for me. His customer service and communication was everything. From what I observed in the waiting room, the whole team should be commended. I will recommend Mak Haik Ford Service Dept and Jeff Barto to my family and friends. More

Bryan let us think through the options of what we needed. He took the time to show us the differences between the cars, then search for the dealerships for those options. My wife and I were on a very short time frame and he made it happen. Bryan was great to jump through the hoops to get us the car. There were some minor issues which can be fixed upon our returned. Bailey has already called to schedule us for those issues so all is well. More
