I was not happy with the dealership not wanting to give me all of the discounts and credits I was qualified to receive, but instead tried to limit the dollar amount in discounts given. My sales associate A me all of the discounts and credits I was qualified to receive, but instead tried to limit the dollar amount in discounts given. My sales associate Alex was great to work with - respectful, prompt, responsive, on the ball, and was an advocate for me. After the sale he took the time to make sure I understood all the knobs and buttons and that I was happy with the truck. More

I bought my 2015 Cadillac Escalade from Alex. He was awesome, sweet and professional. The finance manager was also a jewel! Everyone I came into contact with at Mac Haik dealership was wonderful to work awesome, sweet and professional. The finance manager was also a jewel! Everyone I came into contact with at Mac Haik dealership was wonderful to work with. FYI....I saw the Escalade online. I flew from Los Angeles to Texas. Alex picked me up from the airport. When we arrived at the dealership all of the paperwork was ready and the Cadillac Escalade was beautiful and ready to go. I drove all the way to from Texas to Indiana and then back to California and there were zero issues with my new car. I highly recommend Mac Haik Ford Lincoln and I doubly recommend asking for Alex! I’m a very happy customer! I LOVE my Escalade! Thank you for a smooth transaction! Kathy More

Very good care. The waiting room and bathroom are nice and clean. We do, however, miss the good coffee. We will look forward to our next visit. and clean. We do, however, miss the good coffee. We will look forward to our next visit. More
