Recently we decided to trade in 3 of our vehicles and buy 3 newer vehicles in 3 days. The first 2 were brand new vehicles from big franchise corporations which we knew was the way to go to take advantage of incentives and rebates. But for the 3rd car we wanted to trade, I knew I had to go for preowned since we did not want to blow our budget. So I started my search on cargurus.com and Capital One Navigator to find who had the best pricing on the market for the car I wanted. I was hoping to trade my 2014 Lexus GS 350 F Sport up to a 2016 Lexus RX 350. Auto Web Expo had the exact vehicle I was looking for at the best deal on the Internet. Our salesperson was Shawn and an absolute perfect guy. He was on top of things the entire time we were there. He does not have the "used car salesman" persona...so definitely not pushy! That was a breath of fresh air! He made sure he was looking out for our best interest with our trade and he definitely did. Nathan our Finance guy was just the same. He was a great guy that helped us get the vehicle of our dreams with tailor made options at an incredibly low interest rate...much lower than we walked in there thinking we could get. One of the owners of AWE even spent time talking to us and telling us about his car business. He too exuded an incredible amount of pleasantry which is hard to come by these days. My experience at Auto Web Expo was exceptional because of the customer service provided. I highly recommend anyone looking for preowned luxury cars or even regular cars that are marked well below market value to come see Shawn at AWE. Why deal with the rest buy from the best!! I was referred by my brother to come to Auto Expo I waited and shopped around.. The last stop after visiting other dealers was Auto Expo. I figured since I was referred I would at least stop by. Sooooooooooo when I get there it was an experience the type of cars there were sooooo nice and the staff were on there game.. Nice courteous and helping .. all the salesman greeted us with a hello. I said to myself this is different keep in mind I was shopping the week prior at other dealerships and was turned off. Amie our salesperson was really patient with us because I changed cars three separate times and get this the owner came over and sat down with us and had a hold conversation with us about family.. He was a busy man that don't ever happen but that little touch alone with Amies Knowledge of all the cars and I mean all the cars were very impressive. Lets just say I have a new respect for her...she knew her job very well .. and answered all our questions and went above and beyond.. She was awesome!!! So the big question is would I go again are refer someone there .. Yes and I will buy all my vehicles there going forward. Once you have the best why settle for the rest ! More

Know what you want Ali was my sales guy. Very nice and answered all questions. Only issue with purchase was the mileage listed on the web site was wrong. The car had 5, Ali was my sales guy. Very nice and answered all questions. Only issue with purchase was the mileage listed on the web site was wrong. The car had 5,000 more than actually listed. Also the purchase numbers are not sorted out. Meaning the warranty being included or not makes a big difference on your payment. I would prefer everything written down on the contract. After everything I love the car and would consider this dealership again. More
