I had my Ford Edge in today for its first service since getting the car earlier this year. The service team greeted me warmly and instructed me to pull right into the garage. Non hassle, very engaging, transparent buying process. I couldn't ask for a better salesperson than Dmitri. My buying experience was more than worth it and if there is such a thing called "going the extra I couldn't ask for a better salesperson than Dmitri.
