I had my Ford Edge in today for its first service since getting the car earlier this year. The service team greeted me warmly and instructed me to pull right into the garage. My service rep was Karen and s getting the car earlier this year. The service team greeted me warmly and instructed me to pull right into the garage. My service rep was Karen and she couldn’t be nicer and was so helpful with all my service related questions. I was in and out in an hour and the service staff cleaned my vehicle too! Non hassle, very engaging, transparent buying process. I couldn't ask for a better salesperson than Dmitri.
